Determining Stock Up Prices

To go along with my last post about price recognition I thought I would post a little "guide" to help you get a better feel for what you can expect to pay for certain staples.  Most of these prices are with coupons factored in, but some of them (like meat, cheese, and milk) are what you can expect to see as sale prices at the store, since coupons for these items are rare.  If you have any questions or if there are other items you buy often that you wold like to know a good stock up price for, please let me know.
